Elliott Eventing, LLC

Sydney Elliott is an accomplished equestrian with over 12 years of industry experience. Specializing in Three-Day Eventing, Sydney offers a well-rounded program with proven results. Sydney began riding at the age of six under the guidance of eventing instructor Regis Webb. With all of Regis' guidance, Sydney gives Regis credit to where she is today as a rider and horsewoman. Her dedication to coaching and countless hours spent helping Sydney to achieve success in the eventing ranks of Area V ultimately resulted in Sydney winning her first international competition in 2003.

Sydney is an integral part of the daily running of Elliott Eventing, wearing the many hats of manager, rider, and coach. Her uncanny eye for detail, deep love and ability to connect with her equine partners, harmony in the tack help her methodically guide each horse and rider to their best.  Sydney has competed in numerous FEI competitions across the United States including Galway Downs, Fair Hill, The Fork, Ocala International and most recently Rolex. Sydney knows each horse and rider are unique. Her training philosophy is that most often horses and riders are lacking understanding and that a carefully catered training program can take their abilities to new heights.

In addition to having ridden Dressage and having dabbled in Show Jumping, Sydney has made a name for herself in the Eventing spotlight. With career highlights that include being named to the United States Developing Rider List multiple times, competing at the Rolex Kentucky Three-Day Event CCI4*, Sydney takes great pride in each horse she works with. Stemming from the belief that every horse can teach us something valuable if we give them a chance, Sydney is known for training and developing difficult horses, helping them to find their purpose and achieve greatness.

Achieving her long time goal of representing the United States in an Olympics, World Equestrian Games, or Pan American Games would be a dream come true and culminate her already fantastic equestrian career. Sydney's continued effort to receive instruction and broaden her education is a testament to her commitment to the sport of Eventing, as well as her continued success in the future. Sydney has proven she has the skills necessary to stand atop a podium for her country and be a medal contender. With continued determination and the right support, she looks to be a great United States Equestrian Team rider in the near future.
